Dear Me Care Circle (DMCC) was created from Wynona Redmond’s deeply personal journey as a family caregiver for her mother. Navigating the challenges, sacrifices, and emotional weight of caregiving—while balancing a demanding professional life—became the catalyst that moved her to action.
Wynona turned her lived experience into a mission to honor and empower caregivers, work in collaboration with service partners and tap into resources to enable them to show up as unflinchingly for their loved ones, while also prioritizing their own mental and physical health; because when caregivers thrive, their loved ones receive the best care possible.

Many people are suddenly thrust into caregiving while already juggling demanding careers, family responsibilities, and the limits of a 24‑hour day. With so little time left for their own well‑being, caregivers often carry an invisible weight.
Dear Me Care Circle (DMCC) exists to support them. Our vision is to build a compassionate community that offers resources, guidance, and connection for those caring for a sick loved one. Our mission is to empower family caregivers through vital resources, education, and emotional support—helping them feel valued, equipped, and resilient as they care for others.
